No power to antenna booster

I have a 1996 Crown Vic. The antenna booster that mounts on the underside of the rear deck has no power coming to it. I followed the wire (brown and blue) all the way to the front of the car but ran out of time and couldn't follow it any further. Anyone with a diagram showing where this wire goes or where I can check for a fault, blown fuse, etc? I can only get one station and it sucks, so I am going nuts!!
