Go full synthetic in the whole drive line. I am not to hip on the V6 aftermarket. Some of the other guys on here might be able to help more.

This question has been asked 43598439584398594 times. I'm sick of it. You can't get something for nothing. You gotta pay to play. You want more power? Guess what?..it costs money. You can spend a few hundred bucks on shit like cold air intakes and what not..but you're not going to get any real power. Try rear gears. That should make it more fun to drive. They'll run you about $400 dollars installed. I'm not sure how much 7.5" gears are..but the 8.8" ones are mostly around $150 for any ratio. Try 3.73s. 4.10s if you're the daring type.

check out 3.8mustang.com, those guys know a bunch. a new cold air intake is pretty cheap, also if you havent done the new intake yet u can take the air silencer off the stock intake, not as effective but you might notice a little difference. you could try new gears to. im not sure how much a new maf sensor will cost but that might do a little for you. you can get a lightweight alluminum driveshaft for 150 bucks and that will help you get more horsepower to the wheels. new camshafts can range from around $160 to almost $300. and u could look into getting an underdrive pulley. everything else i can think gets quite a bit more expensive, deffinatly the best way to get a lot of power is a supercharger but then your talking the kind of money you dont want to spend. and despite what you might hear buying a K&N filter without a new CAI will not help at all.

Dude,
I am not trying to be a pain, but she is just learning. 3 total posts, she has to start somewhere.

Cams are wayyyyy outta where she wants to be. A maf would be useless. A supercharger is where it's at.
BTW: And yes..she is learning. She's learning what NOT to do. Such as ask a question that's been answered 439583495 times. It's always the same vague, generic question. Now if she came in here and was like "I have a V6 mustang and I ran a 16..what can I do to run a 15?" Then it would be alot easier to help her. But she's just asking a generic question. "how can i get dem HPz for cheep?". And the answer is simple: There is no way to get horsepower for cheap. That shits expensive. But I understand what you're saying.

rear end gears would probably be the best bet though dont you think, since a supercharger is way more than what she wants to spend

You need to settle down man and not scare away some of new members, making them scared to ask a question. There's no such thing as a dumb question, and some people like to hear what fits their situation rather then reading about other's simular situations. If you are seriously annoyed with these questions, then simply DO NOT RESPOND!
With that said, welcome to AF soulfulgrrl! It seems like you are on the right track to performance, but I hope you are not expecting big easy gains out of a 6cyl like those achieved from V8's. Other then the exhaust you had already installed, I would deffinitly throw in a set of steeper gears. This will not add power, but make the power you have more useful but quicker acceleration.
Now about your exhaust, is it just a muffler set up, or is it a true duel set up? They also make headers and high flow cat h-pipes as well for the 6er's.

Gears or nitrous.
lol i dont think she will b on the bottle anytime soon! Id say gears (3.73 if daily driver) and underdrive pullies, if they make em. intake works good. go 4 bbk if u can.

Why are some people rude when you are just learning about things???? People should be just a little bit more understanding, Thanks for the nice welcome as a newbie. YOU HAVE TO START SOME WHERE!!!!!!! But in a sense you did answer my question dampanchi, but please there is no need to be rude, if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. It was just a question. its not like i'm this superior being that knows all this stuff. and Dampanchi for being rude your not welcome.
