Check Engine Light

Does anyone know if it is possible to clear the check engine light and the code on a 99 Toyota Camry manually? I'm pretty sure it is just the gas cap and don't want to have to take it to the dealer.

Take it to Autozone. They will check it for free and reset it if you ask. Then you will know for certain if it is the gas cap or something else.

I think the code for a loose gas cap will reset itself eventually if the cap is tightened.
