This is my first colored drawing (at least with blending techniques). I drew it in pencil, then inked over it. I colored a photocopy of this drawing first to get the hang of using the pencils, then I colored the original. The windows and windshield were done with marker. I don't have my scanner with me, so I had to take a picture. Please give me your opinions and any advice that you might have.

Ummm... strange. Your shading and coloring and stuff is great, but your perspectives are weird... I have this problem the other way round.
Try to find your vanishing point, must be in the top left corner somewhere in the distance, not in the front.
Great reflections. I love the window reflections.

Great but it's out of proportion.

Yeah, I had drawn the car as a box to keep me from screwing it up, but with the erasing lines and stuff, I still ended up having the car come out crooked. I have a really hard time disciplining myself with that.
Jeep, by out of proportion, are you referring to the car's relation to the grass/bushes?

Very nice rendering job. As for the proportions/perspective, I think it's mostly the front, especially the front grille and bumper.

By proportions, the angles of the front and rear bumpers.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up guys. I hate that the front and rear bumpers were so screwed up. I tried to fix it, but by the time I noticed, it was already inked! Guess I got too caught up in getting the wheels right. Oh well, I really like this car that I came up with, so I think I'll do a couple more drawings of it in the future.

Just a tip: keep the angles of the front and rear bumpers parallel and you should be fine.
