Gran Turismo 4

Hey did anyone else get GT4? The main reason i got it was because it had the 88 Iroc concept in it, cool ass looking car. They got a nice selection of camaro's and vette's in it... well at least it's more than the previous games. Also 89iroc, they got that camaro with the 302 that you were talking about/are building. Good game anyone else get it?

But, I also own the game and am quite happy with it. My favorite car is the 1886 Mercedez carriage and the Camaro race car. But the iroc is very cool too.

i heard about the camaro lm race car, you can turbo the hell out of it. also i heard there was no c6 corvette :-(

By golly there is a GNX in it though :smile:

There's a game for Xbox coming out soon called Forza Motorsports, it's like Microsoft's version of Grand Turismo. It also have a few Camaros, and the new Corvette.

It doesn't have as many cars as GT4, but it has online play. It seems pretty good for people who don't have a PS2, but have an Xbox.

im sure there will be many car games coming out this year... especially with the still growing import modifying (rice) scene... we just wont see too many more domestic cars.. so we better scoop up the good games while we can guys..

yup if a GNX and a 89 turbo trans am race, it would be a drivers race.

damn the last game i got was nfs underground 2 and that gto is bad ass! maybe i need to check this game out and see what im missing, oh and guys let me know when that movie drops so i can show my af support at the box office...lol

This game is awesome. I have a 550 hp Chevy silverado sst concept, and a 460hp TVR Griffith that runs the quarter in 12.1 on nitrous. Those are just two of like 15, but you get the idea. The game kicks ass! :evillol:

Best Car is the Impreza race car that runs the quarter in high 8's.
And the Caterham 7 is sweet too. But probably the worst car for racing is the Cadillac Cien.

there better be cheat codes.. for lazy bastards like myself.. lol

Don't waste your time going to Blockbuster, you'll never get anything worth wild done in the game in the time you'll have it rented.

It's a game you have to own for at least a week before you really start to enjoy it. Meaning getting enough cash to buy cool cars or winning them.

And getting the funds to modify them. I've got a pretty cool Supercharged 2004 Pontiac GTO...

Anywho, it's a great game.

2 player is fun, my buddy and I raced a '69 Z/28 302 (me) and a AC 427 Cobra (him) around Nurburgring track in Germany... 12.8 miles = 1 lap. Man that was a blast... especially in stock vehicles.

He had me on top end, but he couldn't keep that Cobra on the narrow track so the slower Z/28 was able cruise on by. Fun times.

if i'd the extra cash i would pry just buy the damn game.. lol

heh... I got Y'all beat on your garage list.... BTW, you can't buy the IROC right off the bat. You have to unlock/win it... And fully modified V8 cars still sound like ass...
