my power steering fluid is foamy after driving should this be???

nope.
Have you ever changed it?
I pull the lower hose on the Reservoir yearly and top it off. I'm sure if you wanted to over a 1 week period you could do this same method 3-4 times and have a pretty decent swap of the fluid.
