Allmost new Aurora Surges

Ok folks
I bought a allmost new Aurora. It has 18k on it, it's been in a garage most of the past 10 years. It's a 95 model I bought it from the original owner. I drove 900 miles to get it and it is like new inside and out. I know how these cars are about plugs and wires so I replaced them right off the bat as well as the fuel filter, the old ones still look like new but I thought that the wires may have broken down over time. I also replaced the intake manifold gaskets because I know they can leak and cause surging as well. I cleaned the injectors and no improvement. I swaped the fuel rail with injectors and fuel pressure regulator from my other Aurora and it still surges. I am a tech but of course very little time to work on my own car at work. I checked the fuel pressure and volumn and that was fine as well. We have a Vertonix tech 2 scan tool and the car has no codes in engine or trany. When I say it surges to be more detailed at 35-50 MPH at very light throttle you can feel it acting as if it has a lean missfire it is worse with the AC off and yes I swaped out the map sensors as well. It is handy having 2 cars the same make and model. I wonder if it could be a trany problem? Soo if any one could shed a little light on this problem I would greatly appreciate the help. The car is really in new condition.

I noticed the same thing with a Chrysler LHS. It turned out to be the EGR. The transducer diaphram was leaking. Hope this helps!

I'll will check the EGR, but this one is electronic no diaphram just 3 computer controled solenoids that move the pintle.

surging could be the fuel pressure regulator. i would check that.
