Question about fuel injectors?

I have found that when I look for fuel injectors there are two kinds, low impedance and hi impedance. What is the difference between the two? Which one is better for me if I was planning on turbocharging my car that is NA stock?

Well, with a turbocharger, you're going to need more fuel so a low-impedence, high-output injector is a must. High impedence injectors are basically for OEM-replacement applications. Specifics for you engine/turbo combination are neccessary to get more in-depth than that.

You can get either peak-and-hold (low impedance) or saturated (high impedance) injectors in a variety of sizes, ranging up to gigantic. Which you need to use largely depends on what your car currently runs, but since you didn't say what car you have I can't answer the question.
