composite body panels

so if i feel like blowing a wad of cash on my car and my objective is to decrease the body weight dramatically does anybody know where to get front, rear, hood, trunk, n possibly bumper panels for a fox body made of carbon composite material.
btw fiberglass is out of the question i'd want to retain the strength of steel without the weight.

You might lose 150 pounds.
Try a k-member, other suspensionc omponents, wheel, tires, brakes, and the engine before you think about spending 5-6 thousand to have some carbon fibre shit made.

yeah that is what i am currently doing, i merely wanted to know what the investment costs would be and the weight trade off, i was hoping for more than 150 lbs, my imagination went wild and i imagened like 500 lbs not very realistic i know but its always good to have a dream

so i did a search for k-member n see that it is an engine mount type thing. it also looks really difficult to install, aside from concentrating the center of gravity in the middle of the car, what exactly are the practical benefits of moving the engine back like this thing is supposed to do?

If you think a k member looks hard you shouldn't be thinking about doing a one piece front end.
A k-member doesn't always have to move the motor back in the car. I know MM K-member kits move the front wheels forward an inch to help fix some suspension geometry problems, the k-members are lighter and stiffer than the stock one which makes for a better handling car, they give you more clearance for exhaust, mount the engine lower in the car for a lower centre of gravity, and sometimes do push the engine back in the bay. A k-member and front suspension kit alone can take 100 pounds off the front end of your car, and it's much more cost effective then trying to have body pannels built.
