a friend of mine has a 94 elantra she says she needs a code to turn her radio on and she doesnt have her owners manual i dont understand the need for the radio code and i dont kno what it could be if anyone has any incite or knows what the code should be please tell me so i can fix it also if anyone knows of a cite to get the the information im looking for please let me know

You will need to pull the radio out and find the serial number of the radio. Call a Hyundai dealership and give it to them, they can get you the lockout code.
