list of trouble codes

K, I need some help. My wife bought a set of JBA headers, right header but wrong crossover pipe. So now the shop who is installing them is going to fabricate the pipe a bit to make it fit. SO now the problem is that the O2 sensor may be in the wrong place and may cause the check engine light to stay on. Can anyone find the trouble codes for a 02 tacoma 3.4L extended cab. Or if anyone knows of what I can find to maybe bypass this code altogether. Im going to find out in 2 days and I'll let you all know whats going on. Thanks for everyones help.

I have the codes but there are too many to list. Have it scanned at Auto Zone or something and let me know what codes you have.
