Atreyu!!

Damn... I just got back from the Atreyu concert (NYC). Scars of Tomorrow, Norma Jean, Unearth and Atreyu played. The place was small and thus was packed. :evillol: Totally awesome. The entire place was practically a pit. I loved every second of it. Atreyu put on one hell of a show. My throat is sore and my voice is gone from screaming my head off. Also I dropped like a blind roofer during one of my multiple crowd surfs. My shoulder and elbow are killing me. :) My head feels like there are 1000 cicadas inside. If they come to your town/city, go see! Awesome! :biggrin:

i saw them open for Taking Back Sunday in November. AWESOME performance! i still need to buy Suicide Notes, but i'll wait until it goes down in price as it's currently at $26.99 CDN. :uhoh:

i missed the show on the tour that you went to (i think our stop has Norma Jean and Senses Fail). the only reason why i didn't go is because i am already going to 4 shows this month and simply cannot afford it.

That's so good. Unearth came through with Slipknot about 6 weeks ago but I missed them. I heard they destroy...

I'm destroyed. That's my second time seeing them. :) My entire body aches and I'm bruised all over.

I havn't made it to one of their show yet, but I do have all of their ablums(or at least I think I do) and I absolutely love em!

they only have 2 so far. so if you have 2, then you have them all.

i only have The Curse for now because, like i said, Suicide Notes is $27 CDN right now. :shakehead

the band is completly insane though.... there older stuff is really good im not liking there new cd really it kinda sounds like there turning emo....

I've never even heard of Atreyu. Are they named after the lead character in A Neverending Story?

A friend of mine who is a complete hardcore guru told me before that is where they got their name from...gotta love it.

I know some of yall are thinking oh yeah sure your friend said it so it has to be true, you dont understand how much this guy is into hardcore music.

Atreyu's newer stuff doesnt really impress me that much but its still pretty good, but overall I would have to say... :ylsuper:

Yeah they're named after the guy from Neverending Story. I saw them on March 1 and they were awesome. They played with the same bands (Scars of Tomorrow, Norma Jean, Unearth) and rocked. I got my shirt ripped while I was crowd surfing, lost my voice, and basically felt like I got the crap kicked out of me. It was well worth it though. I have all 4 of their cds and they're all awesome.
