95 Mystique V6 engine code 452 HELP

1995 V6 Duratec
engine light came on, scan shows code 452
" Insufficient Input From Vehicle Speed Sensor To PCM"
anyone had this code before? Where is this sensor?
Does replacing it help? Can it be cleaned/fixed?
