B16 turbo question

I was wondering what would be a good size of injector to get for my turbo B16a? I am going to boost about 7 to 8 psi. I was also wondering if anyone has ever bought a thicker head gasket on a b16 to get lower compression and then run more boost. Is this a bad idea? Let me know

if the motor is stock internallly then dsm 450s would do good.

even with a stock b16 you should go more than 300whp. so if you still get a thicker hg, dont go more than 300whp
