I recently bought a 2001 Altima GXE. The manual says I need 195/65/R15 tire size.
But in reality:
The front 2 tires sizes are 205/60/R15.
The rear 2 tires sizes are 205/65/R15.
What negative effect would having mismatching tires have?

For one, obviously your speedo would be slightly off.
Also, your ABS system will not work correctly because the wheels speed sensor rings front to back would be rotating at different rates - when you brake suddenly the ABS controller would see one axle moving faster than the other and activate the ABS on the faster axle, so you'll wear your brakes out quicker too.
You won't be able to get a good alignment on it because of the slight rake of the body.
If you're going to have tyres on it that aren't stock spec, at least make sure they're all the same size so the ABS system can work correctly.
