Brake problems

Brake problems Every time I press the brake pedal too hard the e-brake light turns on in the dashboard. Also when I press the brakes when its wet my brake pedal seems to push back againts my foot.Can anyone help?

My first guess would be a bad master cylinder that's not holding hydraulic pressure, but that's really only a wild guess. It's pretty difficult to diagnose brake problems with the little bit of information you provided. Brake problems like this are not something to fool around with. Get this checked out by a professional and do it right away.

Check your brake fluid. The light will come on when you press the brakes (hard at first, then over time, with less pressure as the pads wear) when the fluid is low.
Need more information on the "wet brake" situation. Both symptoms could mean you nead new pads/shoes.
Check them, or have them checked.

Well it happens when I press the brakes hard. But I do it again and again and the same thing happens. Its not the brake fluid because I added new brake fluid. So i Dont know what it could be.

I have noticed on my vehicle if the "Brake" light occasionally comes on, it is usually a sign that my pads are very near needing replacement. You may find that this is what is going on here. Not sure why your brake pedal would push back, although it does sound like a master cylinder related issue.

I assume you are talking about rotors on a '93 Camry.
They are normally easy to remove by just pulling the wheel and the caliper/torque plate.
Remove the wheel and keep the rotor in place with a couple of lug nuts.
Remove the caliper by lifting it up - then hold the sliding pin on the bottom and loosen, then remove the installation bolt. Hang caliper securely on a suspension component with a piece of wire or coat hanger - Don't let it hang by the brake line.
Remove the torque plate - rotor should be removable.
Find the correct torque values for the lug nuts, torque plate and caliper bolts and use them.
