One of two, but I would replace both. Turn your wheel to right and have an assistant look at the mount behind the right front wheel. When you shift from forward to reverse, they will see a lot of play in the mount. Likely the rubber cushion inside the mount is worn and you can see it flex when shifting. Also, the main mount on the passenger side of the engine that the serpentine belt runs through. It is a rubber block that will also wear. Pick yourself up an aftermarket kit from an autoparts store as the dealer will sell you an entire new assembly. You can buy replaceable rubber for inside the mount and it is usually filled with oil. About a third of the cost of what the dealer wants for an entire new assembly.

Yeah, I'm with sw on that. Usually it is the rubber block or inner bushing [rubber] that wears out, and considering your ride is a '93, very likely the rubber has gone west enough for you to notice the engine movement.

I would also follow sw's advice, do BOTH mounts at same time.

Try www.autozone.com and surf their repair section, they may have some diagrams that will help show ya the mounts and procedures for removal. Good luck, they aren't too hard to deal with, but not much space to work on them, and you'll need to get a jack to lift the engine from under the car to relieve the weight so you can remove the mounts.
