Fault Codes !?!?

Three fault codes driving me crazy on my 2000 DiscoII. (P0734-ratio monitoring implusable 4th gear ratio) Huh ??? Clear it & of course it comes back.
Two other engine codes which have no affect on the running order but persist to be a pain are -- P0171 & P0714(Both indicating --multiplication injector adaptive fueling--rich limit has bee exceeded on both LH & RH Banks. I Don't Know !?!?!
Could this be an O2 senor getting lazy with 95k or is there some kinda of ECU update for this. Just wan't to make my ECU happy again and quit staring at this light !!!!
