Replacing axle pivot bushings

How hard is it to change the axle pivot bushings and radius arm bushings on a Ranger 4x4 with the TTB axle (84-97)? the origional bushings are shot and want to replace them with urethane bushings from Energy Suspension or Prothane. Thanks.
