You won't want to hear this, but the chip will be the biggest improvement, unless you start adding stuff like nitrous, or a super (or turbo) charger.

The chip will really help make the most out of the mods that you've already done.

But I'm sure that you knew that already

You could also change the gearing in the rear axle, and if you don't have posi that will help get that traction that you need

Also..

Forged pistons
bore .30-.40 over
stroke it
1.6 roller rockers
(super chargers and turbo's are NOT available anymore for the CPI unless you know someone who can make one and to the programming for the ecm chip)
Headers
e-fan

im really looking to do somethin that will give more power thruout the power band.....
i believe chips only give performance at wide open throttle...............
so i would like to change the cam....as its not such a costly addon........
anyone know of a good cam....that for shure works.. and will add some kick?
same for heads.......
thanks all

your stock computer is to only perform probarle with a stock truck. The only way that you will have the full potential of all your aftermarket parts is to re-chip your truck
