type rs bov

ok, is there a sound clip of it??? i like the type s, i think its loud enough. But then the rs is supposed to be louder....i just want to see if its rediculous loud...or nice sounding loud. Iv searched but cant find. Wanna see what those extra holes actually do. Just curious thats all.

Duh dumby the extra holes add horsepower...only thing i could ever think extra holes would be more air let off...less back pressure and louder noise to an extent. Too many holes could result in quieter.

um...supposedly the holes draw air in to form a more stronger blow?? or someshit lol. Stronger blow is always good...well sometimes. THe hp thing your joking right. Yea the "hole" thing...they chose 8(why 8)...i dont get it at first i was like o god they made it louder. THis must be the bov of choice for fast n furious 3. I instantly thought rice, but then they said it was the "new" thing in bov performance...i was like wtf does loudness have to do with anything. I dunno iv never really dissected the bov part by part...i know there relatively simple machines but i just thought someone might have read some more up on it. But anyways....soundclips of it? anyone?

The only difference I know of is the larger valve. There is probably still a lower diaphram vent hole but that is just for larger compressors to avoid surge. I use mine and if I don't, it surges like crazy. Type S BTW.
