99 Jimmy steering wheel radio controls

Hi, Half of the illumination for my radio controls on my steering wheel have gone out. All the fuses are ok. Does anyone know how to open the control switches to change the bulb or do I need to replace an LED?

Pop the airbag, pull the steering wheel, then remove the back of the steering wheel (the switches are integrated into the cover). Unscrew each switch, and solder in new .3mm 12v bulbs
