'85 MR2 Headlight Switch Problems

I have an 85 MR2 and have a problem with the headlight switch. The headlights will cut off by themselves and I will need to fiddle with the switch to get them to come back on again. This is a repeating problem. The Dash lights will do the same thing.

I understand this is normal for a Mark I due to bad switch design. I have been unable to locate a new switch to resolve this problem. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Just put in a good used replacement. I have several for $20 each.
