Moving...but to where?

i plan on moving out of the states in awhile but am not sure to which country... i know when i have chosen and recieved a job and picked out a house I am going to get a skyline.... Does anyone recommend a country? Preferably one that speaks english at least as there secondary language. It must be a ocuntry in which it is easy to attain a skyline pretty cheap..... thanks alot everybody.
