idle adjustment

Hello,

Does anybody know how to adjust idle rpm on 4th generatin (1998).

I tried the method from Hynes manual but that did not work.


Should I disconnect TPS cable first?

if your car isn't idling properly it's most likely because there is a problem with the vehivle, you pcv valve may be clogged and need replacing, which is very minor, or you could have a vacuum leak, or any other number of things. does the car still drive normally?
