Programming Keyless Remote

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu,I need to know how to program a second keyless remote that I bought. The instructions I have talk about grounding the receiver program terminal. First of all...what and where is the receiver program terminal? And second ...when I find it, how do I know what terminals to ground?

If you have a true 2004 Malibu (not Classic) you should have received 2 remotes with the vehicle. There is no "grounding receiver program terminal" anymore. That is something that was in vehicle years ago (probably 6 or 7). The only way to program fobs on 2004 Malibu is for dealer to use service tool, sorry
