How Do I get the centre consol out?

I need to get the centre consol out of an auto del sol as Ive dropped a ring down the gap between the radio and the flap that covers the radio. Ive taken out the 4 screws (2 each side) but the consol just won't move. have I missed a srew or is there some special way of pulling at it? It also looks as if the gear change bezel might stop the consol coming off any one any ideas? I know this sounds simple but I don't want to break anything as geting this sort of spare part here in the UK is virtualy imposable.

Allllright, you need to remove the entire center piece(atually 2 pieces) so start with the back peice. There are a total or 7 screws holding both peices down. 2 in the front, 2 in the middle that attach to both, and 2 in the back. Also there is a screw in the little stoarge thing with those sad excuses for cupholders. Anyway, once you have all 7 out, with the E brake up, pull the rear section up and out. I think the boot is attached to the plastic and youll need to unplug the cigg lighter as is comes up. Now, remove the shifter knobs 2 screws on either side and pull it off. The front piece is somewhat hard to get off, there are 2 clips holding it in at the top below the climate control make sure they dont fall off and get lost. You just have to wiggle and pull at it untill it comes off. That should do it.
