how do you change the fuel pump on a 97 elantra?

How do you change the fuel pump on a 97 Hyundai Elantra? I have one that has 140,000 miles and will not start....so I'm assuming that it is the fuel pump... It will try to start with starter fluid....and it is getting power to the pump... so I'm assuming the pump is out..
