Day Running Lights

Ok maybe I am just reading over it or something, but I can not seem to find any info about Day Running Lights. I tried the webtech site and owners manual, but can not find a description of it. I just want to know how it applies to my 01 Tib. If it does, what is supposed to be on and what is not, and at what key positions? Anything else that I am forgetting about it, please enlighten me.

canadian tibs got it, we didnt.
if you check through the etm section of webtech, you can look at the schematics and notice a BIG difference.

Ok so this is the link for the ETM schematics I know of. (I gave my car info. Clicked on: Body Electrical>Lighting Systems>DRL Schematics.)It says it applys, but if we did not get DRL, would I still go by these schematics for 2001 Tiburon?

My problem is that in ACC or ON key position, the Illumination lights come on, Dimmer does not adjust at all (I tested the Rheostat and its good), and the left front/rear park lights are on. I finally got the wiring harness for the stereo, but that didnt fix too much. I just want to make sure I am goin off of the right diagram and it will flow from there, butI am open for suggestions.
