Scanner

What scanners is it that they sell at the races. I'm looking for the ones that they sell at the nextell cup races so that they can do the programming for the track onsite.

Here is a hint: renting one for the weekend is cheaper than buying one...unless you plan on attending 5+ races a year.

I want to get my own but I want one of theres so they can program it for the race and I know not all scanners are capable of it.
