Brakepad Compatibility?

If a brakepad can fit on 2 different cars, does that mean the calipers are the same for those 2 different cars?
Example : Brakepad A fits on the Acura Integra, and also the Honda Accord. (And the Honda Prelude, for my certain case)
Do they share the same calipers?

you would have to be more specific on years the brake pads are compatable. Most likely no, because the calipers wont share a simmilar mounting points.
