Hi all,
I just got a quote for my 2000 Passport to have its Intake manifold gaskets replaced. See my other post to read entire story if interested. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=372410 Total job parts and labor was $429.01 at a honda dealer. I was curious as to what others have paid or got estimates for. Is this high, low average? Let me know if you have time and thanks for the replies as always in advance.

Has no one else had this repair work done? I was curious as to what it had cost other people in other areas, or if I was charged accordingly or overcharged.
Thanks in advance.

your in the ball park. I've heard 350-450 before.

The gaskets cost 40 bucks, and it will take an experiance tech 1.5 hours to do it.

I got mine done from a shop for $285. They gave me a break on labor by about 3/4 of an hour because of the length of time it took them to figure it out. I had all three gaskets replaced.
