blew off two hoses, one off the turbo and another after hotpipe. im getting a 90 degree bend welded onto the hotpipe to take care of that, and using tbolts everywhere from now on so it never happens again.

Somethign to shoot for in ou KAs is to smoke his SR lol...ummm whoever in one thread called him out no those rims...there ya go plain as day in the video...

I see that Enthalpy strongly recommended you should rewire your fuel pump with 10G wire and a 30A fuse. What pump are you running?

thanks for all the comments! i'll take new vids in a couple weeks... the clutch started to slip and the other two in the car really weighed me down. if i'm alone in the car in 2nd gear, the needle flies up in 300 rpm increments :) (quite a bit faster)

the rims are fairly rare, you really cant find them. i got them off a freind because no one he knew wanted them, get that. impul rs limited hoshino racing 16x7 +32.

i just need basic maintenance now, tires and brakes. yea im going to rewire the fuel pump before i take it out next, but im not sure its a big issue because it varies very little and that was only happening on the 20psi run. at 17-18psi it was almost non-existent.

tclamps are way better!

btw, turbo is great! gt2871r .64 is THE choice for our cars. lag is almost nonexistent.

no its the opposite of what i'm observing. his gearing seems to be either rediciously tall, or his redline is alot higher then stock redline, casue when he was redlining 2nd, he looked like he was going almost 80mph. and his first look like it took him past 40mph.

no safc, you dont need it with enthalpy tune. i also have no gauges :evillol: don't really need them.

1000 jgycustoms.com. just need to fabricate your own intake, i used a maxima intake extension i had laying around and a 90 degree intake hose.

maf is easy to hookup.

actually, the tires were slipping :) the clutch had a hard time catching up once i hit 3rd gear, its almost the opposite, like it bogged a little.


1st goes up to 37mph, 2nd goes to 67mph, 3rd goes to 105mph. i was shortshifting most of the time on that vid, at the track i hold gears all the way almost till it hits rev limiter.



when you have a turbo like this, any honda is just a regular car. you keep your eye out for: vettes, vipers, ferrari's, nsx's.... anything exotic. really if anyone beats me, they HAVE to be trapping 125-130mph and run 10's. i haven't raced anyone yet, but i will kill about 99.9% of cars out there.

remember 3 people were in the car.. i will have to take vids of just me in the car, if you think those are nuts just wait :eek: i have a hard time keeping it in a straight line all the way through 3rd gear, i have to watch otherwise i will end up hitting a median, going through someones front yard or hitting a mailbox lol.

yea, the gearing is really tall, a lot better than ka's.

should do 11's, it's all about the hookup. if i trap 120+ should be mid 11's. that was pretty much my goal, i gotta call it quits before i start blowing engines.

4000 isnt going to get you a KA-T andSuspension and possibly an ICE it could get one of the first two

A car+4000 will get you a good setup. But 4000 for a car and the turbo is going to leave you skimping.

if you find a body for cheap then buy a new ka for $600 and throw another $3000 into the turbo kit.. so $4000 is possible but it would be one hell of a struggle

i have a running list of everything in the car currently, and not anything i don't currently have... close to 10k. not too bad considering what i have, but you add in the car, engine, labor... yea its up there. good news is im just about completely done with everything. i know people who spent more ricing out their civic.

A car+4000 will get you a good setup. But 4000 for a car and the turbo is going to leave you skimping.

ok if i get 2 sell my car for 5500 ill get a M/T saw a few at 2000 so that would leave me with 3500 right so i can go for the turbo at least and that would run at wat maybe 2000-2600 ok. thats if i go for a s14. but if i go for the s13 well ok find one at 900-1000 saw one last time old guy selling it mind condition maintnance from dealer he is selling it for 800 92 and in black that is nice so if i go for that than hey good setup from the first step but i want my s14 but i hate it cuz its A/T and i dont want 2 do a M/T swap. thats my story lol. (unless i find an AE86 i would like that)

IN OKLAHOMA not in Fla(places where price of living is up Cars will be too most likely) or whereever you live....the minimum i have seen is 1100 for an S13 that may have been mint condition never went and looked at it becasue if their pricing a 92 240SX A/T that low and not attempting higher there must be somethign wrong with it....but good luck with your dream...my dream right now is to smoke this 363RWHP SR20DET with a 363RWHP KA24DE(T) that would be awesome Pound for pound , HP for HP races... just diff engines and trans.
