got my car yesterday

car just got delivered yesterday night 1995 Mazda MX-6 V6...brought it off of www.carolinahondas.com and paid the guy an extra $150 to bring it up from charlotte. car runs but has a vacuum leak, needs egr valve, and battery re charged...i say not a bad deal...was in an accident with a salvage title, he fixed the damage but the airbags went off...went on ebay and brought a new set for $20 (thanx NO RESERVE ;) ) but i plan on replacing the door and fender and getting that dent in the rear taken out and repainting the car...so all in all i say not a bad deal :)

You do know you bought a Ford Probe GT right? ;) Just messin' with ya. Sweet car man. My brother used to have an older style mx-6, that thing was pretty quick; faster than my 180hp Olds for some reason (probably because my olds was a boat).

I wanted a MX-6 sooo badly before I got my t-bird. Nice ride! Get her cleaned up and she'll really fly. Those v-6's are quick little buggars.

I like it. Once you hook it up, you'll have a sweet ride. V-6. Is it DOHC? Even if you just get the EGR, install the airbags, and fit a filter on the intake hose you can probably make some jack back if you wanna get rid of it.

well that's what i wanted to do....fix it and sell it...but the sife says that ain't happenin

yeah theyre DOHC, it is a ford probe theyre the same exact thing. Those models are good. I had a 1990 Probe LX which was the 3.0 v6. Theyre all quick but you gotta watch out for the autos. Good thing you got a 5 speed.

we have a 93 mazda mx6 ls, post pic of it a while back...but it has electrical problem so we will be gettin rid of it, but we also gettin a probe gt, so we thinkin of keepin it and uses it as a part car also...but yea it a fun car to drive. especially in the rain :)
