Light Problem

I have a 2001 Cavalier and the driver side headlight goes out when I turn it on. It will stay on about 5 seconds and go out. The running lights work until I turn the headlights on. Can someone tell me the problem.

Go to jbody.org & search the forum there.
There are a couple of possibilities.
It could be a bad switch in the signal stalk or in the wiring. Usually in the harness section just under the battery.

have you changed the bulb and checked the conections? It could be a connection at the bulb that is breaking when it heats up!
