Miss Firing

My 95 3.1 would miss at about 55 mph then do OK at faster speeds. Now it misses big time while ideling and at almost any speed.

When was the last time the plugs and wires were changed?. Welcome to AF.

I changed the plugs and wires about a year ago. If I am going down the road at say 60 it chugs hard. If I accelerate it smoothes out until I quit giving it gas. I am guessing I have a bad injector. The other thing I was wondering about was the thrust valve.
