I purchased an atlas 12 and want to get the best SQ possible out of the sub. I need help and suggestions on box design. The specs say that it should be sealed and enclosed anywhere between .6-2.0 cubic feet. What would you recommend for maximum performance. Also does regular insulation work for the recommended poly fill in the box. I'm going to run the sub at the 33qts rating whatever that means, I'm just following the wiring diagram. I'm a carpenter by trade, but have little to no knowledge on subs, and tuning the box for them. Please help. I can build the box competantly, just need tips on making it right. Also I'll be running 300-400W rms to it. Thanks!

Since your running it at the .33 Qts, then you have it setup for a small enclosure! So, i'd go with around .8 cubes NET to 1 cube NET at most.
