mod suggestions please

I'm hoping to do some modifications to my 2003 Durango. Currently it's completely stock. (4.7L V8) I was thinking of replacing the exhaust system w/ a Flowmaster 40 Series, single in/dual out w/ chrome tips and adding an Airaid Intake. Also going to add an underbody neon kit and a Kicker system. Any ideas or suggestions or maybe something I should consider instead of those? I just broke up w/ my fiance and we always wanted to do the mods together, but I'm going ahead with them myself and honestly have no idea what I'm doing. :banghead: This is the first truck that I've owned and the only thing I've done any mods to were cars.
