if your talking about the gap of the plug, just put it around .040 and you'll be good, might be able to go to a gap as big as .044

well i actualy am wondering..... i went to my local parts dealer and he sold me some sparkplugs that were suposed to fit my sohc but when i was about to bolt the old ones out but the sparkplug did not fit! it was way to big but it fits the ones i bought just fine so im wondering if the sparklugs on dohc cars are bigger or did the guy sell me some crap!

Plugs are the exact same between SOHC and DOHC. I beleive you are talking about the size of the 'nut' part of the plug. They can change size just depending on the manufacturer. My old plugs required a 13/16 spark plug socket. I ordered NGK coppers from IPO and they use the smaller 5/8 spark plug socket.

probably sold you some crap, i would just go to NAPA and get some NGK coppers, thats all i say and i get the right ones every time.

Dont worry, it threw me too when I was changing my plugs a few weeks ago. I was like "WTF?" LOL
