a better question is, can a 460 fit in a 240.
hell yea it can.. just takes some modifications.
i think a better question would have been, what modifications would i have to make if i wanted to put a '95 motor in a '90 chassis, which btw has been answered...i think the counts up to atleast 1k or so.

The rear left side WTF doesn't line up. But you will probably need the ECU, power steering stuff, and maybe the look up the other stuff that you'll need for it to work.
