99 Malibu ECU Swap

I have a 99 Malibu and noticed that the 00 models have a 15 hp gain just from the ECU and was wondering if anyone knew if the pin setup was the same as the 99 or not.

i believe the gains come from the newer 200+ UIM and LIM
