2000 Chevy Silverado Door popping when opened/closed??

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2000 Chevy Silverado drivers side door.
When ever I open/close it I hear a popping noise coming from the middle hinge. I seems to be coming from inside the door where the metal piece extends when opened. I'm planning on taking the door apart, but what parts would I need from the dealership?

Possibly nothing, it could just be something loose inside the door. These trucks are famous for having stuff inside the door come loose.

Make sure a hinge is not busted up and the door is rubbing against the fender you you open it, have someone look at it from the outside while you open the door :2cents:

i had this problem, i saw nothing was hitting and just sprayed some of that white grease stuff on the hinge and it was fine.
