Handheld 1/4 & 0-60 times???

I remember hearing or seeing something about a device that plugs into your cig. liter that gives you 1/4 mile and 0-60 times. Is this real? How can this be? Don't you need to connect it to something else too??? If this really does exsist, where can I get one, and how much are they? :banghead:

Its called a G-Tech. Measures g-forces and calculates horsepower(must input your car's weight for hp), 0-60, and 1/4 times based on that.
