The tach is probably the tach amp. Look for the round plastic cover about 2" in diameter on the left fender wheel well. As far as the dash lights are concerned I would check in this order:
1: Is the light dimmer knob turned down
2: fuses
3: rheostat
As far as the window goes(I think its a window problemits hardto tellwith yourlack of periodsand spac ing)...Open your door, watch your dome light and push the window switch up..does the light go dim? Push it down..light still dim a little? if so its either a motor or a regulator, if the light does not dim, look at the switch.

yeah, most times you can remove the switch, take it apart and clean the contacts and it will work fine again.

How do you check the Tach amp?
Do you just replace it?

sometimes you can unscrew the cap and spray contact cleaner on the pins and in the holes, be sure to let it evaporate before re assembling. This has worked for me before.

unscrew the top half, take the electrical portion of it out of the cap and plug it back into the connector and press down hard on it while someone watches your tach, if it starts working, put the amp back into the cap but with some "material" (i.e. folded up piece of cardboard) or spacer to help it make better contact with the plug and tighten it down good.
