When i depress the brake pedal with the truck switched off, the lights on buzzer sounds and at night the dash lights illuminate real dim. This jus started last night and also while driving last night with lights on, the left turn signal would flash once and stay on steady.. I hope this is not the beginning of something Major..Please help with any suggestions

Hi,
this may just be a bad connection where you do not get a ground and the current from the brake bulbs finds another way to ground through the regular light circuit including the dashboard lights.
The blinker may stay on steady if there is not enough current drawn, again by having to go through another bulb to get to ground.
A good start is to check the wires of the tail light assemblies for corrosion.
If that comes up OK then you will have to trace circuits for bad connections.
