eastbear headlights

i have been looking into buying the eastbear headlights, but i can't find any info on where to buy them and i really have only seen one pic of them and was just wondering if anyone could help me out. also if u go to completkustoms.com they have sr20's (engine, transmission, turbo, side intercooler, everything except for wiring harness and ecu, but claim that they will have wiring available here soon) for the s13 type 240 for like 725 or something and they sound legit, but just not sure it also seems shady so if anyone has any experience or more info on that, it'd be appreciated and thanks
