Wheel Hub Headaches

I have a 1999 Grand Prix GTP and have had nothing but constant headaches with it. I have had to replace the tranny, Had major issues with the MAF sensor(which is actually acting up again... part on order), issues with the supercharger, but the wheel hub assembly is what is really starting to get on my nerves. I have had to replace the hub assembly on both sides twice already since i have owned the car and about a month ago the right side began showing signs of trouble again. It begins with a popping when I turn the wheel at a stand still, but over time begins making noise when the car is moving as well. I have a work associate who owns a GTP as well (not sure of the year though) who claims to also have had problems with hub assembly's. Is this a commom issue with GTP's? Are there others like me who keep sinking money into replacing them to have to do it over and over?

if you continue to have problems with it. perhaps you have a bigger problem, usually it is because you hit something. there is an alero that keeps coming in for the same problem you are describing. she hit a curb some time ago and the axle is a little bent, so we replaced that and no more problems.
