Got Musiq?

I love Hip hop, its great to bump in my G ride, but Im 20 now, and Im growing up, and Im becoming more and more interested in quality music.

My favorite artist of ALL TIME is "Musiq". His songs are all uplifting, or romantic, or about a breakup, or hardships, or love, and the lyrics always make me feel like writing him a letter. I have never been so inspired to write to an artist to tell them I appreciate the music they make. Everything he says makes me feel like.. "Damn.. he nailed that dead on." The values he has are all a reflection of me pretty much, which is why I appreciate the lyrics so greatly. He is about love, honesty, and romance. And damn if he doesnt have some of the smoothest songs on the planet. If you've never heard of his music, look up

I seriously love about 30 of his songs, and I can play his cds over and over and over and over for months without changing the cd in my car. The only time I change it is if someone else is in the car, and its more appropriate to listen to some gangsta shit. (or if Im just in the mood for some gangsta shit, myself)

I've never met anybody else who is so into his music like I am. Someone please tell me you appreciate his music like I do.

I havent really listened to them a whole lot yet. I burned a Jimmy Eat World cd right before the Musiq cd, so its still in the queue line. I will put it in my car this week and play it a lot, so Ill have to get back to you on that one.

Has anyone else tried downloading any of his songs?

those are some of the songs I could imagine everybody would like, but if you've got a strong romantic side, you'd love all of his songs. He hasnt made one song that I dont love.

If you ever wanna show a girl you love her so much that she would cry, sing (or just lip it) "Dontchange" to her while slowdancing her into a corner or against a wall. If you're smooth at all she'll be bawling her eyes out before the end of the song. I swear on my life. Anyways, I hope Im not the only one who appreciates his music.

Seventeen is a hot track. I think it's from his 1st cd "Ahjuswannasing". I think that's the way he spells it. I have'nt heard anything from him lately!

yea seventeen is awesome and thats the right album too. Its spelled Aijuswanaseing (I just wanna sing). The follow up song to seventeen is "Caughtup" off Juslisen. I think he's only got 3 albums, because I cant find anymore. The 2nd is Juslisen (just listen), and the 3rd is Soulstar. All three are the best CD I have. None of them is better than the others, but they are all better than anything else.

I think Juslisen is his best cd.

If you liek his style then try Avant...really good as well

cop Musicology by Prince... it came out last year. The man has bin holding down the music industry for the last 20 years, nobodies touching him.

He's a musical genius... writes all of his own shit and plays 20+ instruments.

If i dont wanna listen to hip hop, i'll just listen to some old school shit like Jackson or Prince. Or i'll listen to some techno, since i'm euro its pretty much required by law that i like it. I like trance shit... it always pumps me up.
