You can register an account with an internet company that pays you to have
a browser page open that displays ads BUT they've found a way to bypass
all of the ads and you still get paid!
The page sits in your system tray, and you get paid US$ 0.45/hour that its open!
Think about it- $0.45 x 24 hours x 30 days = US $324 in one month.
The more time you keep it open, the more money you get.
STEPS: (easy if you can follow directions)
1. Sign up at <url removed>
2. Get <removed again>
3. Change "User Agent"
a. Type in about:config in address bar
b. set general.useragent.vendor to Opera
c. set general.useragent.vendorsub to 6.0
4. Make it Non-Intrusive
a. In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Web Features -> Advanced (next to Javascript) -> uncheck the first two boxes.
5. Download The Wrapper (http://www.spinther.com/ik/surfjunkywrapper2editlb.zip)
6. Configure the Wrapper (save link to desktop)
a. Extract contents of ZIP File
b. open LB.html, goto line 29
c. Change the username/password values to your login name/password
7. Install Minimize to Tray Option here (http://minimizetotray.mozdev.org/) <<This is key
a. save to desktop, drag over firefox and it will install
b. restart firefox and its ready to go
8. Open "surfjunkywrapper2.html" and you're making
a. In this browser window go to Tools> Minimize to System Tray
b. leave this sitting in your system tray and you're getting paid!
It's not very tough to do.. less than 10 minutes if you can follow directions.
Once it's minimized in your system tray, you are free to walk away from your computer or open up a regular browser window and surf the net as usual.
If you close the browser from your tray, just open it again and login before the page refreshes (every 30 seconds) and then just Tools>Minimize to Tray once again and you're on your way.
