Well it happened. Had to go in. Clutch went with 4300 miles. It appears to be with the hydraulics but it would only act up for me two days in a row and not for them. They are letting it sit out for the weekend and will try it Monday morning and see how it is. It is annoying when they cannot duplicate so they cannot diagnose and fix. the machanic did get a bit of air when he bled the clutch. Uses the same resivior as the brakes.

Update on the last post. It appears to be the Master cylinder and the dealer tells me there is a technical service bulletin on the master cylinder in cold weather. The have fixed it and want to test it out tomorrow morning and if it is ok it back in our driveway.

update to the update :iceslolan
Had a new master cylinder installed that fixed the "no clutch" problem. In the process they scratched the paint when it was towed in so it went back for a buff and now it's back looking good and driving good. Love zipping around in that thing.
